All relevant packages includes props, baby clothes, and maternity clothes at no additional cost.
Any additional alterations or additions, such as customizable themes, decorations, or other specific requests, will incur separate charges and are the responsibility of the client to pay for.
For any shoot duration that exceeds the allotted package, an additional fee of INR 1000 per hour will be charged.
Intellectual Property Rights: The customer acknowledges that all photographs taken by Chitrageek Studios are the intellectual property of the company.
Usage and Display: The customer grants Chitrageek Studios the right to use the photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website display, social media, and portfolio showcasing, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment and Cancellation: Shoot can be booked by paying 25% of total shoot amount, 75% amount has to be completed on the day of the shoot. Booking amount is non-refundable.

Privacy and Confidentiality: Chitrageek Studios respects the privacy of its customers. Personal information provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of providing photography services.
Equipment and Liability: Chitrageek Studios will make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of equipment during the shoot. However, in the event of technical failure or equipment malfunction, the company's liability is limited to reshooting or refunding the portion of the fee associated with the affected photographs.
Image Editing and Retouching: Chitrageek Studios retains the right to exercise creative judgement in editing and retouching the photographs. The customer agrees that the company's editing style and decisions are at the sole discretion of the company and cannot be contested.
Force Majeure: Chitrageek Studios shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, war, terrorism, or any other force majeure event.
